Speed 3 (can move 3 squares each turn)
Rampage (when damages target also damages targets summoning hero)
Armor Piercing (attacks ignore armor)

As a dynamic character, Velkan’s level and rarity is determined by true rarity. Velkan has a fixed supply of 2,000, there can never be more than 2,000 Velkans.

Whilst the number of Velkan’s in existance cannot increase the number of people playing Kingdom Karnage can, making Velkan truly more rare as each new person joins the community. To reflect this true rarity, Velkan increases in level and rarity, as more people play Kingdom Karnage.
Literally increasing in power and gaining abilities.
